PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel fixing method, a floor panel and a fixture, which allow work to be rapidly performed with ease. SOLUTION: A supporting rail member 4 is formed so as to be wider than a floor joist 1a; and overhang parts on both sides are folded upward and form a guide locking part 4a along the longitudinal direction of the floor joist 1a. A fixing metal fitting 6 is formed in a stepped shape in a side view; and a locking part 6a, which is engaged with the locking part 4a, is formed in an upper step part. A lower step part is located below a beam 2, and a thumbscrew (bolt) 6c is screwed into a threaded hole 6b. The fitting 6 is fitted from an end of the rail member 4 of the floor panel 1 and guided by the locking part 4a so as to be located near the beam 2; and the thumbscrew 6c is turned.
