PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reach forklift capable of always travelling stably by effectively inhibiting the phenomenon of floating wheels when an operator suddenly operates accelerator while turning a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The control command torque To is set according to the operation quantity Acl of an acceleration lever 13 for adjusting the speed, and a target acceleration Ad is determined according to the operation quantity Acl of the acceleration lever 13 and the operation quantityθof the steering wheel 14. The output coefficient Ka is set based on the deviation between the determined target acceleration Ad and the actual acceleration A of the vehicle.
