<p>It is intended to provide novel G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) polypeptides likely participating in inflammation, angiogenesis and tissue neogenesis, onset of cancer, intestinal tumor or various diseases such as prostatic hyperplasia, inhibition of the onset, etc.; polynucleotides encoding the same; antibodies against the same; a method of identifying a substance controlling signal transfer mediated by the same; and medicinal compositions, etc. containing the same. These objects are achieved by intensively studying GPCRs, which play extremely important roles in controlling physiological functions in mammalian adults, and thus finding out novel GPCRs likely participating in inflammation, angiogenesis and tissue neogenesis, cancer, intestinal tumor or various diseases such as prostatic hyperplasia.</p> |
