<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate timing deviation resulting from data throughput between a data supplying device and a data reproducing device. <P>SOLUTION: When a download command for file data is made, the reproduction terminal device of a transmission destination first transmits CPU throughput data to the data supplying device 100. The data supplying device 100 reads corresponding addition or subtraction time data from a conversion table included in a CPU 104 in response to the transmission and sends the addition or subtraction time data to a link preparing part 102. The link preparing part 102 adds or subtracts the addition or subtraction time Δt to/from each start time in a link table of a corresponding file to generate a new link table.
