<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or reduce cross-creases tending to occur to a pinching and holding sheet d when a sealed pinching and holding sheet A is manufactured by sending out the sheet d, which holds filling objects b, b, etc., disposed in a lengthwise and crosswise scattered state between both thermoweldable sheets a and a, while holding the sheet d between a rotating sealing roll 2 and an ultrasonic heating instrument 23, forming lengthwise sealed portions e thermowelded by a protrusion 2c provided in the periphery of the roll and a top end face 23a of the ultrasonic heating instrument, and forming crosswise sealed portions f thermowelded by a crosswise protrusion 2b of the roll and the top end face 23a of the instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The longitudinal direction (center line G) of the plane of projection, which is cast when the top end face 23a of an ultrasonic heating instrument 23 is projected to the outer peripheral face of a sealing roll 2, is set so as to intersect with a virtual parallel line D parallel with a rotational center of the sealing roll 2. A portion K held between a crosswise protrusion 2b of the sealing roll 2 and the top end face 23a is moved along the virtual parallel line D in conjunction with the rotation of the sealing roll 2, which is driven in the direction shown by the arrow E in-the Figure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
