<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molded product containing theanine in a relatively high concentration, furthermore the theanine and vitamin B<SB>2</SB>in relatively high concentrations, to provide a method for producing a tablet, by which theanine and crystalline cellulose can directly be mixed and tabletted without a grinding process and a granulating process, and to provide a health food from which theanine and vitamin B<SB>2</SB>can easily be taken. <P>SOLUTION: This compression molded product contains (A) 15 to 30 wt.% of theanine and (B) 15 to 85 wt.% of crystalline cellulose having a bulk density of 0.13 to 0.23 g/cm<SP>3</SP>as main ingredients. In addition, the compression molded product contains (A) 15 to 30 wt.% of theanine, (B) 15 to 85 wt.% of crystalline cellulose having a bulk density of 0.13 to 0.23 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and (C) ≤10 wt.% of vitamin B<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
