<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device that enables a seat back to be easily folded to the front by preventing hooking of a webbing on the seat back. <P>SOLUTION: This seat belt device for a vehicle is provided with a retractor 4 provided on a side wall of a vehicle body in a lower part of a rear pillar 3 and winding the webbing 1 and a through ring 5 slidably mounted on the rear pillar 3 and fits the webbing 1 delivered from the retractor 4 on a buckle through the through ring 5. The device is provided with a tilting regulating mechanism 20 provided with a strip-like guide member 21 and a guide pint 22 in a lower part of the guide member 21. The guide member 21 is energized in an arrow A direction by a coil spring. Since stillness for the guide pin 22 is released when the seat back S is brought down to the front, the guide member 21 is rotated in the arrow A direction, a bent piece 21C of an upper part of the guide member 21 presses a side part of the through ring 5, and tilting of a through ring 20 to a rear side of a vehicle is regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
