<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gas appliance from being used under an abnormal state such as high temperature abnormality and a gas leakage abnormality, and then to prevent the occurrence of a new problem. <P>SOLUTION: This gas connector is provided with an opening/closing valve, when a socket 3 is connected to the plug 2, being opened and allowing the gas feed from the a plug 2 to start and, when the socket 3 is released from the plug 2, being closed and making the gas feed from the plug to stop; and a gas feed stopping means 26 forcedly stopping the gas feed from the plug when detecting abnormality occurrence such as the high temperature abnormality where an ambient temperature of the plug becomes high or gas leakage abnormality where gas leaks from the plug. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
