PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure for improving fluidity of ash slurry such as coal ash slurry for effectively utilizing it for construction and architecture materials or the like. SOLUTION: The fluidity improving agent for ash slurry contains a water soluble cationic polymer compound. As the cationic polymer compound, a compound having a quaternary ammonium group in the molecule and a molecular weight of 1,000 to 3,000,000 is preferable. Furthermore, the cationic polymer compound the cation equivalent of which is≥2 meq/g measured under an alkaline condition of pH 10 is more preferable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
