PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated original sheet which has improved workability by the softening of a Zn-Al alloy hot dip plated layer, and has excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In the precoated original sheet, a Zn-Al alloy hot dip plated layer containing 50 to 60 mass% Al is formed on the surface of a steel sheet. The concentration of Zn in an Al-rich dendrite phase crystallized over the Zn-Al alloy hot dip plated layer is controlled to≤10 mass%. The Zn-Al alloy hot dip plated layer can contain≤3 mass% Si as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
