PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of conventional air conditioning equipment wherein an outdoor machine and indoor machines are connected by a control line, the control line is used for sending/receiving information related to the driving of the air conditioning equipment and not used for transmitting indoor information such as a fire. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning equipment, the outdoor machine is connected to a plurality of indoor machines by the control line to form a network of the air conditioner. A centralized control unit connected to the control line receives sensor detection information of rooms equipped with the indoor machines and, when the detection information is determined to be abnormal information, issues a command of stopping the drive of the indoor machine of the room equipped with the sensor so as to prevent the spread of the fire.
