PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regularly closed smoke-insulating fire door apparatus having a speed control function. SOLUTION: According to the regularly closed smoke-insulating fire door apparatus having the speed control function, a fire door has an inexpensive and simple structure by slantly arranging a slide rail for automatically closing the fire door, and providing a self-closing speed control device. The apparatus has an elastic smoke insulating material arranged on lateral edge portions of an opening beforehand. Further, the apparatus has the speed control function, i.e., a function of inhibiting smoke from flowing outside by pressing with a pressure the fire door to the opening by a pressing means in a totally closed state when the fire door is automatically closed to block the opening.
