PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out an empty container from which discharging is finished and to obtain a high efficiency of exchanging work of the container. SOLUTION: A cylindrical main body 12 into which a container 3 having a bung hole part 5 on its end and filled with a content such as a viscous liquid substance and a pasty substance inside and made of a flexible material, can be inserted as tight as possible from an opening end 12a of an apex side, a cap 2 having an opening 17 through which the bung hole part 5 of the container 3 can be projected and provided so as to freely open and close the opening end of the cylindrical main body 12, a piston 20 pushing and inserting a bottom part 6 of the container 3 in the lengthwise direction of the container and being pushed by a piston rod 13 until the content is approximately discharged, and an operating part for pushing this piston by specified pitches, are provided.
