PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for an automobile seat capable of lowering a tray body interlockingly with forward folding of a seat back. SOLUTION: The seat back 1a is folded forward to a seat surface of a seat cushion 1b, and a rear surface of the seat back 1a is used as a floor surface for a cargo. An interlocking type lowering means 11 for lowering the tray body 10 interlockingly with forward folding of the seat back 1a is provided so that the tray body 10 is prevented from interfering with the seat back 1a when forming the floor surface for the cargo.
