PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a convenient memo clip by which a paper can be fixed by one touch only by inserting it with one hand. SOLUTION: A structure by which a sheet made of a polypropylene or the like (a P.P. sheet) is fixed to a folded condition by a fitment or the like and the paper is fixed by utilizing flexibility and elasticity possessed by the sheet, is provided.
