PURPOSE:To compensate the transmission delay of a call control signal, to prevent the disturbance of video, and to prevent uncomfortable noises to hear. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a call control management circuit 25 to be connected with the opposite line, secret device 22 outputting the secret- processing video information signals to be transmitted and voice signals to the opposite terminal and resolving the secret of the video information signals and voice signals accepted from the opposite terminal, and a secret mode switching circuit 23 switching the secret mode through which the data pass the secret device 22 to raw mode through which data do not pass. Thus, the circuit 23 is controlled so that the operation of the secret device 22 is stopped in the lapse of the call control signal transmission delay time from the on-hook at the end of the communication. |
