In a use limit device (1), a non-volatile storage device (15) contains second identification information for identifying a temporary user of an object and use permission information indicating that the temporary user is given the object use permission from the owner. A processor (11) judges whether to permit use of the object according to identification information and a use period stored in the non-volatile storage device (15).
