<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control and uniformity of film thickness, to enable forming extremely thin film thickness, and to obtain high adhering strength, when forming a resinous film on a surface of a sintering bearing. <P>SOLUTION: This sintering bearing manufacturing method comprises a sintering process molding metallic row material powder in a specified bearing shape and sintering that to obtain a sintering element, and a electrolytic deposition coating process forming a resinous film on the whole surface of the sintering element by electrolytic deposition coating. By the electrolytic deposition coating, controlling and making uniform of the film thickness of the resinous film is facilitated, and extremely thin film thickness is formed.
