<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a liquid in a liquid container by an appropriate quantity without using an air pump-type lifting and delivering mechanism which requires a force by manual pressing. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquid dispenser provided on a cap 3 mounted on a bottle opening 2 of the liquid container 1, a liquid lifting and delivering means 10 consisting of a spiral screw 11 and a cylindrical pipe 12 surrounding this spiral screw whose top end parts are respectively projected from a top wall of the cap and bottom end parts are reach close to the bottom part of the container when the cap is mounted on the bottle opening is penetrated through the top wall 4 of the cap and supported. A housing 20 storing both top end parts of the spiral screw and the cylindrical pipe projected from the top wall, a motor 31 for rotating the spiral screw, and a battery 32 for supplying electricity to the motor and provided with a discharging nozzle 21, is mounted on the top wall of the cap.
