<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded air conditioner wherein a clearance between a decorative panel and a ceiling surface is closed, and preparation and installation of accessories is facilitated when the decorative panel is installed away from the ceiling surface. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling embedded air conditioner 10 is provided with a main body 10A, which is arranged from the back 4 of a ceiling to the inside of the room through an opening arranged in a ceiling plate 2, and the decorative panel 11 attached to the bottom face 7 of the main body 10A. The decorative panel 11 is provided with a panel part 15 covering the bottom face 7 of the main body 10A and a frame part 16 covering the interior side face of the main body 10A.
