PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge internal volume to increase the storage capacity of fresh food or the like in need of cold insulation and to improve storage work efficiency while improving conveying work by weight reduction by separating a cooling unit for supplying brine cooling water to an evaporator, from a cold insulation storage to widen the frontage of the cold insulation storage having an evaporator and a cold storage agent provided in a cooling chamber. SOLUTION: This cold insulation storage is provided with a storage chamber 6 provided with a storage internal fan 5 at the upper face of a cold insulation storage body 1, and the cooling chamber 9 wherein the evaporator 7 and a cold storage agent 8 fixed to hold a pipe constituting the evaporator 7 in between, are installed at the lower face. A compressor 11, a condenser 12, a condenser fan 12A, a cooling tank 14 for cooling a brine coolant 13, a cooler 15, a circulating pipe 16, and the like are installed in the cooling unit 10.
