PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide films which excel in resistance to whitening and are suitable as stretch films for packaging, and to provide a stretch film for packaging which excels in resistance to whitening. SOLUTION: The films have a layer comprising an olefin polymer which meets X of formula (2): X≥0.02 to be defined by formula (1): X=[A(T2M)-A(T 2C)]/[|(T2A-T2B)|] [wherein A(T2M), A(T2C), T2A, and T2B are values to be obtained from the results of the pulse NMR which measured the olefin polymer, a specified propylene polymer, and their testing compositions, and the A(T2M) is a calculated value with a curve based on a measured T2 relaxation time, and the A(T2C) is a calculated value with a curve based on a calculated T2 relaxation time], and the stretch film for packaging is composed of the above films.
