A conductive layer easy to handle and excellent in electric conductivity, and an anisotropic conductive sheet where the conductive layer is attached to a base which is a conductive member are provided. Further, a flexible good conductive layer comprising a multilayer conductive layer attached to the base such that even if the base is deformed by handling, the conductive layer is not broken is provided. More specifically, an electrically conductive flexible good conductive layer (25) attached to a base made of a flexible material is composed of a layer (for example, (254)) made of at least one set of flexible materials and a layer (for example (256)) in electrical contact with the layer (for example, (254)) made of the flexible material and made of a good electrically conductive material. The flexible good conductive layer (25) is applied to an anisotropic conductive sheet (10) where a nonconductive matrix is studded with conductive members (24), and the flexible good conductive layer (25) is brought into contact with the conductive members (24).
