<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the external packaging of a container a rolled paper-like state, and to ensure a wide surface on which various kinds of instructions or advertisements can be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A band body 2 can be wound around one time or more over the total surface of the side periphery of the cylindrical part of this cylindrical container 1. The base part 3 of such a band body 2 is fixed to the side surface of the cylindrical container.
