HOOD PART AND HOOD FOR MEASURING FLOWING GAS QUANTITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement accuracy of a hood part and a hood member for measuring flowing gas quantity which have simple structures and superior transportability by preventing a distribution of gas flow velocity from varying because of deformation. SOLUTION: The hood is composed of a free edge side frame 5 which is formed so as to be foldable and has a free edge side opening 8, a base section side frame 6 which is formed so as to be foldable and has a base section side opening 9, the hood member for measuring gas quantity 1 which is fixed to both the free edge side frame 5 and the base section side frame 6 at both edges and has a sheet 7 made up of a bendable/stretchable material, and the flowing gas quantity measuring part 2 which is removably mounted on the hood part for measuring flowing gas quantity 1. In the case of measuring little quantity of the gas, a gas flow direction optimizing member 18 is mounted inside the hood part 1 for measuring gas quantity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
