PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a gear shift lever of driving and PTO systems. SOLUTION: In a multistage PTO transmission system with a clutch 25 on a front stage, a multistage gear shifting mechanism B and a PTO transmission system A are constituted in a straight gear change type, a PTO speed change shaft 29 and a PTO counter shaft 34 are provided in parallel with each other. The PTO counter shaft 34, to which an output from the clutch is input, has a speed change gear at intervals in the axial direction and a neutral position provided on the way of speed change. A lever guide 20a for guiding a lever of the multistage transmission mechanism B and a lever guide 20b for guiding a lever of the PTO transmission system A are arranged in parallel with each other along the longitudinal direction on a side of a seat 10, and a neutral lever position is provided between normal rotation gear shift stage lever positions of the PTO transmission system A.
