SUBSTANCE: for production of high-quality asphalt concrete, use is made of activated powders in form of bitumen-rubber binder and surfactant. Bitumen- rubber binder is mixture of bitumen and solution of ethylene-propylene rubber blown-through with air. Activated mineral powder consists of, wt. %: bitumen-rubber binder 1.0-3.0; surfactant 1.0-1.1; the balance, mineral powder. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
