A method for flashing a building structure having openings therein and portions of discontinuity in one or more exterior treatments of the building structure. The method incorporates flashing materials for flashing a building structure during construction thereof. In the method, the flashing for the openings in the building structure and the portions of discontinuity in one or more exterior treatments of the building structure are provided. In addition, a flashing crew is provided, wherein the flashing crew includes one or more individuals skilled in installing the flashing to the building structure. Such a flashing crew is organized to install the flashing to the openings in the building structure and the portions of discontinuity of the one or more exterior treatments of the building structure.
