The connector plug has coupled upper and lower halves of a plastics material and at least one contact element (5.1-5.6) cooperating with a terminal rail, provided by a galvanic metallised structure, extending up to the bottom edge (9) of the lower half (1) of the connector plug, which projects beyond the connector plug upper half. The metallised structure incorporates conductor paths (6.1-6.12) and/or terminal elements (7) for a printed circuit board. An Independent claim for a manufacturing method for a terminal rail connector plug is also included.
