<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device to examine whether adherents such as water is adhered on a surface of an inspecting object such as seats. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection device 1 comprises an infrared vidicon 30 taking an infrared image, a CCD camera 31 taking an optical image, and an infrared light irradiation device 2 irradiating infrared light which tends to be absorbed by water. If the infrared vidicon 30 takes an image of a seat on which infrared light is irradiated from the infrared light irradiation device 2, positions where adherents are adhered are shown as dark images. Then, an image is created in which the dark positions are converted to be show in red in the optical image taken by the CCD camera 31. The inspection device 1 can reduce loads of workers who usually check seats by touching seats in unnatural posture for inspection because positions where water is adhered are detected only by taking an image of seats. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
