<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint cross coupling which securely prevents noise and provides a smooth steering feel. <P>SOLUTION: This joint cross coupling is constituted such that a pair of spider shafts 6 of a spider 3 is internally engaged into a pair of shaft receiving holes 4 of a yoke 1 and accordingly, a pair of yokes 1 is connected by the spider 3 and that roller rolling elements 7, 11 are interposed between the respective shaft receiving holes 4 and the spider shafts 6 via a shaft receiving cup 5. The roller rolling element 7, 11 is formed by a plurality of cylindrical solid needle rollers 7 and at least one spring member 11. The spring member 11 has a slightly larger diameter d+α than that d of the needle roller 7 and is arranged between inner circumferential surface of the shaft receiving cup 5 and the spider shaft 6 as in a fastening allowance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
