Disclosed is an actuation lever (1), particularly for adjusting a vehicle seat, comprising an axis seat (2), a linking device (4) for delivering force, and a handle (3). The inventive actuation lever (1) is in the form of a single piece and is made of plastic. A core (5) enveloping the axis seat (2) and the linking device (4) is made of a material that has a higher strength than the handle (3).
