<p>An expert system and methods of use that replaces an inference engine by generating code (305) which blends the rules in the knowledge base and the activities of the inference engine is described. This code may be generated into any procedural language (such as but not limited to, C++ and Java). The combination of the elimination of the inference engine and code generation into a procedural language enable the creation of compiled expert systems to replace the prior art of interpreted inference expert systems. The execution speed of the compiled languages allows faster execution of more and/or larger intelligent applications.</p> |
