<p>A functional device formed by filling a functional material into a holed structural body and a method of manufacturing the functional device, the method characterized by comprising the steps of preparing the structural body having columnar members and an area surrounding the columnar members, forming a porous body by removing the columnar members from the structural body, and filling the functional material into the porous body, whereby various types of functional devices can be provided despite the fact that a method for realizing the structural body of nano order is not yet established.</p> |
