<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-storage material composition which is improved so that sufficient supercooling-preventing effects are exhibited, and a heat- storage body. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-storage material composition comprises as a main component water containing a calcium ion within a range of 1-1,000 ppm and further contains silver iodide, where the pH of the composition is 6.0 or lower.
