VISIBLE LIGHT REFLECTING MEMBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light reflecting member which can reflect visible light in a specified wavelength range belonging to the wavelength range of the visible light range as totally as possible by efficiently and easily reflecting the visible light.

SOLUTION: The visible light reflecting member 1 has a laminated body 50 having a cyclic structure 100 on a base body 5, and the cyclic structure 100 is constituted by alternately and cyclically arraying and laminating a high refractive index layer 10 and a low refractive index layer 11 which are made of media differing in refractive index to the visible light. One cycle of the cyclic structure 100 is composed of a pair of a high refractive index layer 11 and a low refractive index layer 11. The layer thickness of one cycle is so adjusted as to correspond to an integral multiple of a half (λa/2) of an in- medium mean wavelength λa obtained by averaging the in-medium wavelengths of the media constituting the high refractive index layer 10 and low refractive index layer 11 to the visible light.
