<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a water wheel power generation device which has conventionally applied to a large energy at a river, a dam, etc., but it is difficult to make power generation using the energy of the discharged water from a sewage treatment plant, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A water wheel is installed at the tip of a freely turnable arm and connected with a power generator attached to the arm through a chain, and thereby power generation is made with the rotation of the water wheel, wherein adjustment is made so that the arm is driven in the direction of going farther in compliance with the increase of the water flow in case the water flow running against the water wheel is incremental and is driven in the direction that the arm approaches in compliance with the decrease of the water flow in case the water flow is decremental. Accordingly, the power generating efficiency is precluded from dropping using a simple mechanism even with an incremental or decremental discharge water overflowing at a weir of the sewage treatment plant, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
