<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength control optical device capable of constituting a wavelength-variable laser oscillator which is easily controlled and has quick response speed. <P>SOLUTION: A first optical waveguide for guiding light wave is formed on a substrate.
