PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable reactive particle which contains of a carbodimide group only in the surface layer of the particle or in both the surface layer and the inside, without deforming a shape of mother particles of a thermoplastic resin, by using a carbodimide compound. SOLUTION: The curable reactive particle comprises the mother particle of the thermpolastic resin having a functional group (A) and the carbodimide compound impregnated in the surface layer part of the particle or in both the surface layer part and the inside part (B), wherein the mother particle (A) and the carbodimide compound (B) are strongly bound by the crosslinking reaction of the functional group of the former compound with the carbodimide group of the latter generated by a heating process, and the production method thereof or the like are provided.
