PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a supporting member for making the layer thickness of developer uniform, a developing device, an image forming apparatus and a computer system. SOLUTION: The supporting member has a 1st folded part, a supporting part and a 2nd folded part formed by folding a rectangular member in its longitudinal direction, and the supporting part supports a layer thickness regulating member.
