摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately measure a high-speed phenomenon of a moving target. SOLUTION: The high-speed phenomenon measuring instrument is provided with a light sending device 11 which sends light in the direction of the visual field of an image pickup device 12 fixed in one-image fetching time and the transmitting time of the image, by changing the wavelength of the light continuously or in steps at a prescribed rate in the same timing period as that of the one-image fetching time and transmitting time of the image of the image pickup device 12. The device 12 divides the incident light to R-, G-, and B-image pickup sections 122 to form images by means of an optical system 121. When the reflected light of the light sent from the light sending device 11 from the moving target is made incident, the measuring instrument detects the color change of the target in the visual field from the output images of the image pickup sections 122 by means of signal processing sections 123-126, and calculates the moving direction and moving amount of the moving target from the detected results.
