PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a display a with smooth variation in accordance with an actual condition in use. SOLUTION: To achieve the above mentioned purpose, while measuring and sampling with prescribed periods T1..., and repeating to integrate the flow rates up to next sampling points through the elapsed time based on the sampled measurement values Q1..., in order to display an integrated value, the amount of integration which is obtained from the measurement values Q1... at each sampling cycle and the periods T1... up to the next sampling points, is converted into a unit flow rateΔQ which is the flow rate per a unit periodΔt dividing the sampling points, and the unit flow rateΔQ is integrated to a current total amount of integrationΣQ at every time when the unit periodΔt elapses up to the next sampling point, and the amount of flow rate display is increased by a unit of display at every time when a variation of the unit of display occurs in the total amount of integrationΣQ.
