PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a required filling time from the start of filling a liquid filled in a pipe up to the finish of the filling. SOLUTION: This method includes a process wherein the liquid is supplied into the pipe A from one end of the pipe A of which the both ends are laid laterally, using a liquid supplying body having a supplied-liquid outlet 31b faced to an inner bottom in a position in the vicinity of the inner bottom of the pipe, so as to heighten a liquid level in the pipe A, and a process for increasing liquid pressure in the pipe A filled with the liquid by heightening the liquid level. The liquid is supplied from the supplied-liquid outlet 31b toward the inner bottom a of the pipe A to reduce entrainment of remaining air left inside the pipe A until the supplied-liquid outlet 31b is submerged, the supplied-liquid outlet is submerged in a low liquid level, and the liquid is supplied continuously without generating the entrainment of the remaining air, after the supplied-liquid outlet 31b is submerged.
