PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an oscillation range and a device having an oscillation part performing oscillation operation in a preset oscillation range regardless of the installation direction even if the oscillation part is moved or even if the direction of a base part is changed. SOLUTION: A geomagnetism sensor 30 is arranged in the oscillation part. The oscillation operation is reversed when the oscillation part 10 turns to the direction of an end part of the preset oscillation range from information on the turning direction of the oscillation part 10 periodically determined on the basis of the output of this geomagnetism sensor 30, and is controlled so that the oscillation part 10 performs the oscillation operation in the preset oscillation range.
