PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill powdery granule material 12 having hollow parts 12a or porous powdery granule material in a space inside a skeleton member 11 and/or a space surrounded by the skeleton member 11 and panel members therearound in pre-solidified state or without solidification. SOLUTION: An increase in the weight of a vehicle skeleton structure is suppressed by the powdery granule material having hollow parts or the porous powdery granule material. When an impact is given to the vehicle skeleton structure, the vehicle skeleton structure is allowed to be deformed gradually from a load acting side and smoothly while generating a large load by the frictional force of the powdery granule material and due to the deformation and collapse of the powdery granule material itself.
