PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mono-axis bogie for a rolling stock suitable for a low- floor tram car in which an independent wheel part with a wheel loaded on a track in a traveling manner is fitted to a truck frame in a steerable manner, the entire structure is simple, and the size and the weight of the entire structure are reduced even when a drive unit is provided, and the wheel smoothly travels along the track even on a sharp curved track of small minimum turning radius. SOLUTION: The independent wheel part 5 having a rotatable wheel 5a on one end of a casing 6a is turnably provided in the horizontal direction on both sides of the truck frame 2, a plurality of support arms 16 are radially expanded from the casing 6a of the independent wheel part 5, a slide body 19 is rotatably fitted to a tip of each support arm 16, each support plate 20 is protruded toward the slide body 19 from the truck frame 2, and the corresponding slide body 19 is slidably supported on a slide surface 20a of each support plate 20.
