<p>It is intended to provide substances having an effect of promoting the percutaneous absorption of an antifungal agent, etc. to thereby potentiate its efficacy on an intractable skin disease such as athlete’s foot and a high safety to the skin having elevated sensitivity to irritation due to the disease. It is found out that coenzyme Q, the high safety of which has been ascertained in oral administration, is highly safe to the skin and has an effect of promoting the percutaneous absorption of an antifungal agent. Based on these results, it is possible to provide compositions with the combined use of coenzyme Q and an antifungal agent efficacious on athlete’s foot which can be hardly cured completely.</p> |
