<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition having non- tackiness of a coating film, excellent in developability, resolution, pattern adhesion, development margin, curability and accuracy of pattern dimensions and suitable for ink for a color filter capable of forming a good pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition consists essentially of (A) a carboxyl-containing copolymer consisting of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group and another ethylenically unsaturated monomer and having a weight average molecular weight of 70,000-130,000 and 70-150 (KOHmg/g) acid value, (B) an addition-polymerizable compound having ≥100°C boiling point and having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups in one molecule, (C) a phenol or o-cresol novolak type epoxy resin, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) a disperse pigment, wherein the weight ratio of (B) to (A) is 0.3-3 and the weight ratio of (C) to (A)+(B) is 0.1-0.4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
