PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well designating auxiliary tool for micro-titre plate that is provided with first and second sliding pieces which parallelly slide along a longitudinal or transversal direction of a micro-titre plate and specifies a specific well by designating longitudinal and transversal well rows. SOLUTION: This well designating auxiliary tool comprises the first sliding piece which parallelly slides along the longitudinal or transversal well row of the micro-titre plate, a first hole section which is provided in the first sliding piece and opened correspondingly to one longitudinal or transversal well row, and the second sliding piece which parallelly slides along the longitudinal direction of the first sliding piece. This auxiliary tool also comprises a second hole which is provided in the second sliding piece, in a state where the hole section overlaps the first hole section and is opened to designate one well from one longitudinal or transversal well row designated by the first hole section.
