DOUBLE INSERTION PALLET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the prior-art problem that the assembly of the double insertion pallet requires a troublesome work due to usage of spikes, and that the spikes are automatically pulled out. SOLUTION: A double insertion pallet having at least a beam part and an upper deck-board can be attained by cutting an extrusion molded member at a proper location in a lateral direction. The beam part may be of a double- structure having a clearance in it and it is preferable that at least the upper deck-board is provided with a sliding stopper protruded at the upper surface of the upper deck-board. In addition, the sliding stopper can be integrally extruded and molded in concurrent with an extrusion of the molding member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
